UK STANDARD DELIVERY
FREE on all orders over £50 or £4.50 otherwise. Delivery usually within 3-5 working days.
During sale delivery will take 5-7 working days
Larger or high-value items are shipped using Parcelforce 24 and are next day delivery. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item is shipped so that you can track the progress of your delivery. If you are not in to receive your item a card will be posted through your letterbox with details of how you can collect or arrange re-delivery.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
£9.50 on all orders, delivery is next day. UK mainland orders only, placed before 12pm on a weekday will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be posted the next working day.
£20, wherever you are in Europe. Delivery is usually within 3-5 working days.
USA & CANADA
£40 for international shipping to the USA and Canada

We understand that from time to time you may want to return or exchange an item. A returns form is sent out with each delivery which enables you to send your unwanted goods back to us at our returns address:

You can return the goods to us anytime up to 21 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund. To enable us to process your returned goods please make sure the items are in the condition you bought it in, ie in a re-sellable condition. This means that it is unused, unworn, and without any marks (ie deodorant, food, grease, make-up etc). Please take care to avoid scenting the garment(s) with perfume, and please also ensure all labels are kept.
Regrettably, we cannot refund any item until we receive it, or unless you can provide us proof of delivery - ie a signature of one of our staff. To do this take your item to the post office and ask to send the item 'Signed For' or use a courier service. If the item is valuable and for peace of mind, you may want to use an insured postal service, similar to the sort we use to send the products to you. Please allow 2 weeks from sending your returned goods for us to process your refund, exchange or credit note.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund/replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back. Again, please ensure the item is returned within 21 days. All returned sale items will be refunded via a credit note to the customer's account. This may be taken against the future purchase of an equal or higher value.
